Well, I didn’t GAIN did I?? And I didn’t take a picture this week, because screw it. Next week, I promise!
I learned something last week. Don’t assume a package is a serving size. UGH.
I went to Costco and picked up some trail mix packets. I scanned the label with my Weight Watchers app – 4 points! SCORE!! After a week of having those yummy packets as snacks I read the label a little closely. “Servings per container: 2.5”.
TWO POINT FIVE.
Which means that those packages were not 4 points. they were TEN POINTS. I murdered my Points Plus. So I learned that you cannot assume that a package equals a serving. How annoying, right??
