So let’s talk about LBL ladies – Light Bladder Leakage. I know, I know – super embarrassing right? Well, if you have ever been pregnant you know what I am talking about – you sneeze, or laugh, or move in a certain direction and well, you know. So you have an “ah-HA” moment and grab one of your menstrual pads, right?

WRONG. Why would you use a period pad? Why wouldn’t you use Poise® Thin-Shape Pads? They are light, thin, and you don’t even know you are wearing them. That is, until you sneeze and are thankful you remembered to wear one!

Did you know 1 in 3 women experience Light Bladdar Leakage (LBL)? Look around ladies, at least a couple of you in your small group of friends has this embarrassing occurrence. Many are using period pads to manage it when they should be using Poise®! When it comes to LBL, dryness matters – the kind of dryness NOT offered by a period pad. Period pads are for periods. You wouldn’t use a spoon to flip a pancake, would you? Get your FREE sample!

So now that you have freed yourself of using period pads for LBL, let’s do something FUN – a CRAFT! I made roses with my unused pads! You’ll need thin pads, pipe cleaners, and some hot glue. roll the pads into a rose shape and glue/wrap the “stems”around the base.

Pretty enough for a wedding, huh? Actually I wouldn’t walk down the aisle with these, but we do make toilet paper wedding dresses at bridal showers, why not have period pad bouquets?
