My Nutrisystem Experience – Week 9
Ok. NO more excuses.
I have even decided to make my husband force me to… go to the gym… Can you tell I despise the gym? I do…With that said, I have seen the consequences of not going to the gym.
I gained .4 of a pound. BLECH.
Ok, so I am learning something about myself. Right now we are in the process of finding and buying our first house. Most who have gone through this know how stressful it can be…. Well, I have learned that when I am stressed out I snack. I used to snack on bad for me things – like peanut M&M’s. SO bad… But I am learning that I can snack just as easily on things like Honey Roasted Almonds, and trail mix.. but I need to keep my portions in control. I’ve bee inconsistent in that.
I am happy that Nutrisystem is very easy to pick back up once you’ve fallen off the wagon so-to-speak. One of the easiest things you can do is use the Nutrisystem Meal Planner. You can easily count up all of those calories you are consuming and see how much you are eating. Right at your fingertips!
