My Nutrisystem Experience – Week 2
Well, here I am – done with week 2. I honestly thought that Nutrisystem would be difficult to adapt to, but it’s been surprisingly easy! I am really thinking about what I eat. I’m also getting more exercise in so I feel better too.
Ok, I know you want to know what my weigh in is, right? Last week my weight was 180.4
YES! You are seeing that right 🙂 Down 3.8lbs!
I am finding a good routine that I can stick to pretty well now. And routine is good for any mom who has a million things on her plate (no pun intended)…
My Favorite of the week:
Golden French Toast – pretty yummy with a tablespoon of sugar free syrup and a small bowl of fruit!
Not-So-Favorite of the week:
Chicken Tacos – I really don’t like the spiciness and texture of these.
I am hoping to be down to 170 when I go on my vacation with the family – New York City! That’s in 2 weeks… think I can do it?

TOTAL LOSSS – 6.8lbs
