My Nutrisystem Experience – Week 13
Did you notice I am a week late in posting? That’s because I got sick last week and felt like I couldn’t really blog about Nutrisystem since I didn’t have much of an appetite… But I am BACK! I started back up on Monday 🙂 This morning I weighed myself…
Yay! So that brings me down a total of 14.4 lbs since I started with Nutrisystem! And even better? My waist at the belly button has gone from 42″ to 36″… I can’t believe I have dropped 6 inches from my waist alone…
As I have said before, the key to using Nutrisystem is to use the app and keep a food diary… make healthy choices when you are not eating Nutrisystem meals.
I have also noticed that I am a bit of a cheater at times (still!) so I am giving myself one day each week to look forward to splurging a bit. It’s funny – before Nutrisystem I would easily be able to eat a whole chocolate bar and glass of milk. Now? Not so much. After 1/2 I am finding myself putting it down. I am finding my milk intake is a fraction of what it used to be. My body is not used to all of those empty chocolate calories anymore!
