My Nutrisystem Experience – Week 11
So.. this week I want to talk about what we ALL go through while dieting… burnout..
Yep, Week 11 and I got a major case of it. There were a few factors:
- I got sick (boo)
- It was *ahem* that time of the month. And you women out there know that it’s a hard time to diet.
- I had a birthday party to go to last weekend. Which meant barbecue. And cake. And who am I to say no to cake?
I missed the gym twice because of all of this too. So I opted to relax my Nutrisystem diet a little bit. I didn’t abandon it completely, but I chose to “chill” a bit. Luckily my body has been used to burning calories so my little break didn’t do much to my weight. And since I am learning to portion control and choose good “bad” foods, I haven’t seen a major difference.
LAST WEEK: 172.8
THIS WEEK: 173
I call that a wash, wouldn’t you?
The good thing about Nutrisystem is that you can pick right up where you left off SUPER easily. And like I said – better choices for when you do go off the tracks a bit. I am going for 171 this week.
Another bit of awesomeness – another inch lost around my belly 🙂 I have lost almost 2 sizes in pants!
