My Nutrisystem Experience – Week 7
Wow, I can’t believe I am already at week 7… So far Nutrisystem has been an overall great experience, but I am finding myself “cheating” a little bit and realizing I need to up my game.
My goal weight is 150. I started with 184.4, last week I was at 175.2. I had a goal of 173 for this week’s weigh-in..
My weight as of this morning was 174.4 – which is GOOD because any weight loss is a positive (even though I didn’t make my weekly goal). I know why it wasn’t lower..
Easter Sunday was also the twins’ birthday. So yeah. Easter baskets with jelly beans. Birthday cupcakes. An ice cream outing. So I wasn’t really doing much “dieting”. I was just enjoying the day. Which is OK to do, just not every single day! I also have noticed a direct link to my water intake vs. weight loss. 4 16oz bottles need to stay my minimum – that’s 64 oz of cleansing!
I am learning also that I need to STOP PROCRASTINATING and get my booty to the GYM! I loathe the gym, but it’s a necessary step if I want to be healthy. Daily walks with the kids is just not cutting it anymore!
P.S. – this week IS a milestone – 10lbs lost!!!!

Current Weight: 174.4 – 4/2/12
TOTAL LOSS – 10 lbs!
