If You Have A Snoring Partner READ THIS!

I don’t sleep.

I mean I sleep, but I should say I don’t sleep well. I find that getting about 3 or 4 hours of sleep a night directly affects the rest of my day. It’s like a domino effect. I get bad sleep, I wake up cranky, you know the rest… It’s not because of me though.

It’s the jackhammer/freight train/jet engine I sleep next to every night. Yes, I suffer from what many spouses suffer from – a snoring husband. This is my reality.

I knew it when I married him but as we get older it gets louder and louder. It’s not just me I worry about, I know he is probably also not sleeping great. We have tried nose strips, devices, even pills and they only work part of the time. So I have been searching for a new solution (because frankly, the couch isn’t very comfortable).

The Good Morning Snore Solution is a clinically proven stop snoring mouthpiece, designed for comfort and ease of use. Made of a soft silicone for comfort, it creates a path for air to go through unblocked by stabilizing the tongue into a forward yet comfortable position.

I am going to tell you now – my husband was super reluctant to try it. He was worried that it wouldn’t be comfortable and just wouldn’t work. The bags under my sunken eyes begged and pleaded… just try it. Please. I know he knows I can be in a bad mood if I don’t sleep – dare I say bitchy? Yep that’s a great term for my non-sleep-self. So he tried it. The first night he complained. The second night he complained a little less.

The third night he knew I was going to give him puppy dog eyes (or banish him to to living room) so he tried it without me begging (much). To my surprise, as long Good Morning Snore Solution was in, there was no snoring. There is a learning curve to using it, but soon enough he got comfortable with it and I started sleeping again. Of course, I am usually woken up by a child wanting water or snuggles, but I am rarely woken up by snoring now. So my sleep is gradually getting better and better and I am less and less bitchy in the mornings.

That doesn’t look nearly as uncomfortable as some other similar products I’ve seen. The soft silicone is probably a lot less bothersome. I’m happy you’ve found something that works and are able to sleep better at night!

This is very interesting! My husband snores and I’m willing to try anything to make him not snore. I will have to definitely check into this. I would love to get a full nights sleep without getting woken by snoring.

Thankfully my husband does not snore but my mom has to deal with this on a daily basis with my step-dad. I can’t wait to tell her about this!

Wow, very interesting. I have seen something like this and wondered if it worked. Does he ever wake up with a dry mouth? Just wondering. Thanks for sharing!

This is a really clever little device! I’m glad it can keep the snoring at bay. It seems like it’s pretty easy to use.

Ok, this is really cool. I am actually the one that snores but I am not sure I could sleep with that in my mouth. I already have a hard time with a mouth guard.

What a neat idea. My husband snores sometimes. It’s normally when he’s really tired.

Lol well this is awkward–I am actually the one who snores! Not my husband! But I will definitely keep this in mind (and maybe share this to his FB wall lol)

it’s surprisingly comfortable he says – I think it’s because it doesn’t go beyond the teeth like some mouthguards do.

This could be such a game changer for a few friends of ours. One couple we know has had to switch to sleeping on separate rooms because of the snoring.

My husband is a snorer. Some nights it’s not so bad but when it’s bad it’s BAD. I need to have him try this for the sanity of us all!

Snoring can be such an annoying issue to deal with, especially if you’re the one that has to listen to it night after night. Both partners getting a better night’s sleep sounds amazing. This product is definitely something to check out.

I do not think that I could sleep through someone snoring next to me. I love that there is a solution out there for those that need it.

This has to be the coolest thing ever. I wouldn’t care if it was comfortable or not, if my wife snored I’d either strangle her or tell her to try this. LOL

If he’s snoring that much, he needs a sleep study. Or anyone regularly snoring. It’s almost always not normal.
