If you are a regular reader of my site, you will know I have been on a quest to get leaner and lose weight. I try to eat as well as I can and recently rediscovered a valuable tool in this battle of the bulge!

George Foreman 8 Serving Classic Variable Temperature Grill

Target, $49.99

This George Foreman indoor grill has a large, 120-square inch grilling space, so you can cook up to 8 servings at once and have added control with the variable temperature controls. Easily, you can make steaks, chicken, seafood, burgers and other types of food at the desired temperature. Thanks to the George Tough™ Nonstick Coating there is no need to add oil or butter to your grill and the patented slope design helps eliminate fat and grease as you cook. The dual cooking positions and adjustable cooking height let you cook a variety of thick foods including Panini’s.

The George Foreman is making is SO EASY to make and serve delicious dinners, all with reduced fat because it cooks out and drips away into the included drip tray. I recently made some Stuffed Burgers for my husband and I. I had turkey stuffed with spinach and fat-free cheddar, he had his stuffed with bacon and cheddar. They were SO GOOD.

And good for you since they were cooked with the George Foreman. All of the grease you would normally get if you pan-fried the patties is gone! So no guilt in eating a big delicious burger. PLUS the bonus of not having to go outside in the cold to grill it all up.

I also love making paninis and grilled cheese with the George Foreman. One of my favorite sandwiches is a grilled low-fat cheese and tomatoes on a whole grain bread. SO YUMMY!

Since I received the George Foreman Grill I have used it just about every day. It’s incredibly easy to clean and takes a fraction of time to heat up and use. It makes dinner a breeze and keeps my family from having all of that extra fat.

You can find the George Foreman Variable Temperature Grill at Target for $49.99! There are also some other great products to help whittle your waistline:

I had a George Foreman grill years ago – but I love the new improved technology. That sandwich looks amazing. I will have to look for this grill the next time I’m at Target.

This is one of those that you can use inside right?
I’ve really been thinking about getting one. I like the healthier way of cooking.

Seriously craving a burger now!! I love how versatile this is, from burgers to paninis! Great for people like me who are stuck with the coldest, longest winters every year! Thanks!

I didn’t even know they still made this grill. I remember those commercials he used to be in with his kids George, George, George and George! Yummy dishes – and love that the fat runs out – so you’re getting just the goodness of the food.
