DIY: Bow Hanger
I really wanted a bow hanger for Lucy’s room (you know, for all the bows she refuses to wear), but I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for one. So, I set out to make one myself, and it was pretty easy (with the exception of gluing around the corners of the letter, that is!).
I picked up a letter at Hobby Lobby and some cute pink and green fabric to match her room. I traced the letter on the back of the fabric, cut it out and glued it onto the letter. Then, I glued green ribbon around the edge of the ribbon.
I used my staple gun to attach two ribbons to the bottom of the “L” (one wide for bigger bows and one narrow for smaller bows), and then my husband hammered a nail into the wall to attach the letter. Lucy thinks it’s awesome, and it was a pretty simple project that turned out super cute.
